The TECHNOFLEX® was founded on May, 1st 2006. Majority partner is the US American Lovejoy® Inc. The headquarters are in Downers Grove, Ill., parallel to the TECHNOFLEX® with seat in Silkeborg.

Thanks to its hundred-year-old tradition and to the sales of more than 100.000 clutches a week for the most various standards the Lovejoy® Inc. is leader on the US market. In 1900 the Lovejoy® Inc. already had the patent for the key principle of the jaw coupling, which is nowadays copied by renowned manufacturers.
